Get your shorts on folks, it's looking pretty balmy out there tomorrow!
The workout for tomorrow is guaranteed to keep you warm - 5 x 5 hills - here goes....
Meet 6pm at the Nordic Centre - usual spot - dirt lot on the left nearest the higghway.
We'll jog on over to the Grassi Lakes trail head to warm up, then it's on to the main event - where we'll head back up to the Spray hill climb (of course, what else!)
We'll do 5 x 5 mins hard up, with 5 mins easy jogging down between efforts. We'll try to regroup after each interval.
This is a fairly tough workout, but the paces will be moderate given that each effort is a full 5 mins. You don't want to go out too hard on this one.
Micro spikes will likely be helpful, and a head lamp is essential!
