The First Workout of 2024!
Happy New Year Dirtbags! Welcome to 2024, and another year of suffering with your run buddies!
Let's kick off 2024 with one of my all time favorite workouts, "The 5/5/5 "
So let's meet at 6PM at the Nordic Centre - usual spot!
The workout goes like this!
5 x 3 mins (2 mins rest)
5 x 30s hill sprints (walk down recovery)
5 x 15s flat sprints (full recovery)
And that's it! one that has something for everyone!
