Dirtbag Runners Bow Valley Workout for March 9, 2023 "The Lumberjack"

Dirtbags!

The Moab Transrockers are back in town after a successful foray into the desert to claim some Utah bling, so that means you have to put up with one of my workouts tomorrow!

I'm thinking something quick and flat! How about the Lumberjack workout?

It goes like this:

Warm up for 10 - 15 mins - easy jogging.

4 x 90s hard with 2 mins easy jogging between reps

Run 10 mins tempo (comfortably hard 7-8/10) for 10 mins (this will be 5 out/5 back)

Jog easy x 5 mins

Repeat the whole thing

Cool down jog

Beer

Let's meet at the bottom of Benchlands  at 6PM by the jump park and we'll do the workout out on the paved trail to Harvey Heights - I'm guessing it will be in reasonable shape.

We should be able to keep the whole group together for this one.
