Dirtbags! Tomorrow is the final Bill Warren Winter Pub Night so let's meet at CNC 6pm in the usual spot.
We've done the 30/30 workout a number of times now, so tomorrow we are going to delve into the pain-cave of 60/60s.
After a decent warmup we'll go for 60s hard, 60s easy; repeat x 8 x 2 sets.
We'll jog for 5 minutes between sets.
I was thinking the forebay would work but I am open to suggestions if anyone else has any better ideas. This one can be flat, hilly or a mix of the two if you have a thought!
