DBR workout for June 8, 2023. "Nordic Centre 60/60s"

Let's meet at the Nordic Centre again tomorrow 6PM.
We will run the workout on our fun figure 8 loop - it's a short loop including a short steep uphill single track climb and some fast wide double track flats/climbs and a descent.
We did this last time and it was a lot of fun!
1 minute hard; 1 minute easy; REPEAT x 20.
Simple. Hard. Effective.
We'll do 10 mins easy jogging to warm up, and a short cool down. We never get too spread out so it's a sociable run.
Everyone is welcome - all abilities - just go at whatever pace you are comfortable with!
Come on out and suffer a bit with your friends.
