DBR workout for January 12, 2023 "Cougar Creek 90s"
10 x 90s hard (2-3 mins jogging recovery)
Tomorrow, we'll meet at Sheepdog Brewing 6pm. Beers will have to wait until you've earned them with a few intervals on the Cougar Creek trail, however!
We'll jog on up Elk Run to Cougar creek.
The workout will be:
10 x 90s hard (slight uphill) with 2-3 mins easy jogging recovery, so there's adequate recovery before the next effort.
Drinks will be poured at Sheepdog once we are done!
