DBR Workout for 14 March! 12 x 400m
Dirtbags! It's my favorite day again tomorrow, and whilst I may not be recovered from the antics down in Utah last weekend, I am pumped to be back with the crew!
I propose we keep things flat and on the quicker/shorter side, so let's do the workout on the forebay.
The Nordic centre may be off limits for parking due to the Biathlon World Cup, so we should meet at Quarry Lake, 6PM, and do our warm up run up the road to the forebay.
From there, we will do 3 sets of 4x400m w/ 200m recovery.
So....
WARM UP
400m hard, 200m easy x 4
Repeat x 3 sets (with 3 or 4 mins to regroup)
COOL DOWN
