We are running (skiing??) from Strides Canmore tomorrow.
Meet at the store 6PM. Plan is to jog on over to the Golf course where Kylie assures me there is a good flat place to run/slide/die.....
After the jog there we will do a few strides, then it goes like this:
2 mins hard, 1 min harder, 2 mins easy
Repeat x 6
We will jog back on over to Strides for some discounted shopping and a few beverages.
Hope to see you all there tomorrow.
I am guessing we will need spikes 😂 (or skis, or snowshoes)
***Also, just firming up plans for the Winter Beer/Spirit Mile - this will take place up at the Nordic Centre, with a (close to 2 mile) course, and drinking on the Bill Warren Patio! Mark your calendars! Details soon!
