SPRINTS: 15s, 30s, 45s, 60s, 45s, 30s, 15s (jog back down between each rep) 2-3 mins recovery REPEAT Pyramid x 4 Cool down.

Dirtbags! Marta tells me that the Spray hill is dry and bare, no spikes needed, just like summer (her exact words!) So we better get up there before it turns icy!

We will meet 6PM at Canmore Nordic Centre, in the usual spot.

I am thinking a Short Hill Sprint Pyramid would be in order!

It goes like this:

Warm up jog on up to the hill.
A few strides to loosen up.SPRINTS: 15s, 30s, 45s, 60s, 45s, 30s, 15s (jog back down between each rep)
2-3 mins recovery
REPEAT Pyramid x 4
Cool down.
