After a good warm up jog, we will run 4 mins hard uphill, then turn and run 4 mins down. We'll repeat this times 4.

Dirtbags!! Let's meet at the Nordic Centre again tomorrow. 6PM, usual spot -  you know the scoop - meet at the dirt lot on the left as you enter CNC.

I know a few folks have some races coming up and this is one of my favorite race prep workouts! We've done this a few times and it is always popular.

A great workout to simulate the rapid changes of terrain whilst racing a mountain ultra.

As always, everyone is welcome! We cater to all abilities and this is a super social workout. We are never that far apart!
