Dirtbags! Tomorrow is Thursday, my favorite day of the week!

As a bunch of us are tuning up for Park2Pints 5km and 10km on Saturday, I'm thinking that it would be good to hit some intensity, but we'll build in some good rest intervals, and keep the volume moderate.

So with that in mind, let's meet at 6PM at the Rundle boat launch.

We'll head out along the paved trail to Three Sisters.

We'll get in a good long warm up, then it will be 3 mins, 2 mins, 1 min cut downs with equal rest.

We'll re-group during the rest intervals.

Let's aim for 3 sets, with 5 mins between sets.

That should get us pretty close to the hour.
