Dirtbags! It's been too long since we did this staple - The Quarry Lake Pyramid!

Always a crowd favorite and even better tomorrow as you'll have the opportunity to try some sweet Norda kicks - thanks SkiUphill - RunUphill.

Alison McPherson will also be on hand with some samples of her DigDeepEF sports nutrition - bring your soft flask for the full experience.

So the workout will start at 6PM in the Quarry lake parking lot, but please come early to try on some shoes and grab some DigDeepEF.

Things should be set up around 5:40 ish.

We'll run a lap of the lake to warm up then the main workout will be:
