Dirtbags! I (and many others) ran way too many hills on Saturday so tomorrow it's time for some faster flatter (mostly) action.
This one I stole from the Portland Women's XC team on Flotrack this evening, so here it is!

So let's meet at the Nordic centre - usual spot - 6PM.
We'll do the workout starting by the dirt track, and I have a decent loop devised!
