Let's meet on River Road outside my house, 607B, at 6PM! I live 4 doors down from Houda's place.
We will jog on over to what I'll call Doug's hill! If you know, you know.
We are going to do a variation of the Ingebrigtsen hill workout.
It goes like this:
Hard Uphill x 40s
Jog down recovery (usually around 90s)
Repeat x 8
Jog around for 5 minutes
Hard Uphill x 40s
Jog down recovery (usually around 90s)
Repeat x 8
Cool down, Beer.
