Ok team! Well I promise tomorrow's workout does not involve any mathematics...

I propose a Hilly 3,2,1 Fartlek - basically it's a 3 minute, 2 minute, 1 minute Fartlek with 1 min recoveries between reps.

Spray Hill is in fantastic shape, so let's meet at the Nordic Centre, 6PM in the usual spot in the dirt lot on the left, and we'll jog on over to the Grassi Lakes parking lot and we'll start the uphill efforts from there.

We'll do

3 mins hard
1 min easy
2 mins hard
1 min easy
1 min hard

We'll regroup then go again. Let's aim for 3 sets and see how that goes! So that's 18 mins of effort, not too terrible, and a really nice high end aerobic stimulus.
