The Engine bridge gallop
Dirtbags! It's Thursday tomorrow and I'd like to do a workout we did exactly a year ago! We did this on the Canmore golf course last Nov FTW - and it was a lot colder.
Let's meet at the Rundle Boat Launch - 6PM.
We'll get in a couple of km warm up with a few strides to rev the engines - the river trails are in quite good condition so I'm thinking we'll do this workout on the trail that loops around over the engine bridge (watch for influencers) and out past the power plant.
I think micro-spikes will be a good idea, but that's your call ultimately. You will need a headlamp!
After the warm up the workout will go like this.
2 mins hard, 1 min harder, 2 mins easy
Let's repeat x 6
After this, I believe The Wood (Le Bois 🤣) will be serving food and beverages.
