Dirtbags - the weather may be a bit sketch tomorrow, and I'm not sure how things will be underfoot, so I'm gonna hedge my bets - we may do some hills, or it may be flatter. Game time decision! And if all is well we could do a mix of both!

A bunch of us are headed off to race in Moab, and I like a nice Fartlek style workout during the taper.

We did this one last April.

So we'll meet 6PM at the bottom of Benchlands by the jump park. We'll run on out along the Harvey Heights road to warm up and we can decide if it's rolling/flat terrain by the road, or the Silvertip climb.

Either way, the fartlek will go a bit like this!

60 secs Moderate Effort
40 secs Hard Effort
20 secs Give'Er
2 mins easy jogging
REPEAT x 8

Maybe beers afterwards at Rhythm & Howl!Road shoes, if it doesn't snow, I'd say, but honestly it's anyone's guess 🤣
