That damn Cougar Creek hill session! PLUS Hoka Rocket X trail/Speedgoat 7

Dirtbags! Tomorrow is gonna be fun!

Hoka will be joining us for the workout, and - on tap - two shoe demo choices - my favorite trail shoe of all time - the Hoka Rocket X Trail , and for the Speedgoat crowd, we have the all new Speedgoat 7.

The plan is to meet at the Cougar creek parking lot where we'll have the demo fleet.

Arrive early - as these will be in demand. Suggest get up there no later that 5:45PM if you want to try some shoes.

We'll plan to head out around 6PM, as usual.

After the workout we'll head on down to the Sheepdog, and we'll have a pizza delivery, courtesy or Hoka (thanks Zac & Chris!)

Great beer will, of course, be served by Sheepdog brewing!

And the workout - we'll leave the Cougar creek parking lot and jog on up to the dam at the top of the creek. We will climb this behemoth 10 times, with a relaxed jog on down between efforts.
