Marius Bakken's Hill Pyramid Variation

Hello folks! Well it's Thursday tomorrow again, and we've been doing a lot of faster, longer, flatter stuff lately, so let's switch things up a bit and do some short hill repeats.

I've been diving into Marius Bakken's book lately (father of the Norwegian method). He is a big fan of the 30/30 and the 45/15 sessions we have done lately.

So here's one more Bakken session that involves short hill repeats, with short rest intervals - his Pyramid Variant.

The short rest keeps the effort in check - not too hard, not too easy! Lactate levels never get too high on this one.

SET 1: 3 x 30s (15s rest)
SET 2: 3 x 45s (15s rest)
SET 3: 3 x 60s (15s rest)
SET 4: 3 x 45s (15s rest)
SET 5: 3 x 30s (15s rest)

I figure we'll regroup for the start of each set. Spray road seems like the obvious choice with the snow we've had tonight, so we'll meet at the Nordic Centre 6PM (usual parking lot) and head on up!
