Dirtbags! I think it's time we resumed some real training! None of this beer drinking business.....

It's been a while since we did our 30/30s workout, and this rain will leave my favorite hill in tip top shape!

Forecast for tomorrow looks stellar! Wear your shorts.

We'll meet 6PM at the Nordic Centre, usual spot, jog on up to the Spray hill where we'll do 2 sets of 10 x 30/30s.

30s easy
Repeat x 10
Repeat x 2

We'll regroup after the first set, and I reckon a rip down the Reclaimer would be a good way to finish!

Oh, yeah, then maybe a beer.....🤣
