• 30 seconds uphill @ hard pace, jog down • 60 seconds uphill @ hard pace, jog down • 90 seconds uphill @ hard pace, jog down • 120 seconds uphill @ hard pace Walk down. Recover. Repeat the full set 3 times.

OK folks! Tomorrow we are going to do the Sisyphus Hill Workout!
We last did this in 2021 - can you believe that....
If you don’t know who Sisyphus was, google it for the backstory (it's appropriate for this one)!
Here goes:
We’ll warm up for 10-15 mins then:
• 30 seconds uphill @ hard pace, jog down
• 60 seconds uphill @ hard pace, jog down
• 90 seconds uphill @ hard pace, jog down
• 120 seconds uphill @ hard pace
Walk down.
Recover.
Repeat the full set 3 times.
We haven’t run on Silvertip hill for a while, so let’s meet at the bottom of Benchlands trail by the jump park at 6pm and jog on over to the hill for the workout!
