Oct 5 workout. "Alpine Club hills & flats"
Well it's my favorite day tomorrow! Thursdays never get old, so carb up folks and get ready for some running fun with your friends!
It has been some time since we did the Alpine Club hills and flats workout! One of my favorites (but let's face it they all are haha) - a mix of hills, flats and descents.
Meet 6PM on the corner of Elk Run Blvd, outside Wildlife.
We'll jog on over to Indian flats for 10 x 3 mins (5 reps are hilly, 5 reps are flat). We take 2 mins recovery between efforts and typically do this in 2 groups depending on numbers. All will be explained tomorrow if you haven't done this one, but it's fun!
I am waiting to hear back whether we can all grab a cocktail at Wildlife, and if not well there's always Sheepdog Brewing! Or we can do both 😆
.Everyone is welcome - this one is very sociable as we never get very spread out!
