Meadow Hill Sprints!
Tomorrow's session will be led by none-other than Andrew Cotterell, aka JELLY LEGS coaching. Sounds like tomorrow's session is sure to induce some jelly in the legs! Have fun!
" Hey Dirtbags! I'm going to be leading tomorrow, it's been about a year since we did this one - Meadow Hill sprints at the Nordic Centre - it's great one to build some running specific strength, improve your running economy and speed, and they're fun!
Meet at the Nordic Centre 6PM, usual spot. We'll jog very easily all the way out to the meadow, with a few strides en route, where we'll do 10 x 12s sprints with full walk down recovery in between.
Then we'll do a little tempo back to the Bill Warren, with 2 x 6 mins moderate, with 2 mins recovery in between efforts.
