OK Dirtbags! Well summer is officially here - Bill Warren Pub Nights are back!
So tomorrow we'll kick things off up at the Nordic Centre.
Arrive early, because SkiUphill - RunUphill will be up there at 5:45 with the all new La Sportiva Prodigio Pros to sample.
Meet in our usual location in the dirt lot on the left.
For the workout we are going to do our 2/2/2 minute figure 8s (2 mins easy, 2 mins moderate, 2 mins hard, continuous for an hour!) - a mix of twisty single track, fast flat double track and quick short descents.
If you've done this one before, you know how much fun this one is!
And of course, afterwards, well you know the drill!
