Hoka Tecton X4 demo night! Grassi Lakes 6x3min hills

Alright Dirtbags! Tomorrow you can slide your feet into the Western States winning Hoka Tecton X4! The latest trail super shoe from Hoka - just recently released - you will love these!

We will meet up at the Grassi Lakes parking lot. Get there early to grab some demo shoes - Zac and I will be up there around 5:45PM.

We'll get in a short warm up, then the session will be 6 x 3 min hills (with 90s recoveries) up the trail to Grassi Lakes. We may need a few short sprints to get us all the way to the top but we'll see! A hard session to put these shoes through their paces!

After this we'll rip back down on the steeper alternate trail that heads down by the waterfall to the parking lot.

Beers will be at The Wood - I have made a reservation for 10!
