Progression #5 is here - hopefully you were all there for the first four editions of this progression!

This will be progression number 5 of the 4 x 10 min Forebay workout!

Meet at the Nordic centre, usual spot, 6PM.

If you were there for progressions 1-4, you'll remember we did 4 blocks of 10 minutes. Session 1 was basically 2 mins steady/30s hard; session 2 was 1:45 steady/45s hard. Session 3 was 1:30 steady, 60s hard. Session 4 was 1:15 steady, 1:15 fast.

So for session 5 - things are getting a little harder - 4 blocks of 10 mins again, but each block will be 1 min steady, 1:30 fast x 4

Steady was done at around marathon pace, fast was closer to 5km pace.

The goal of these is not to get faster but to maintain the paces that you achieved last time. Take a look back and refresh yourself as to the paces you hit.

We will regroup after each 10 minute block.
