Forebay Progression #2
Dirtbags!
The weather is looking great tomorrow around 6PM, so I believe it's time to revisit our 4 x 10 min progression on the Forebay. This is progression #2.
As you will recall this one is 4 blocks of 10 minutes.
Each 10 minute block tomorrow consists of 4 x (1:45 steady, 45s fast)
Effort is marathon pace (steady) and 5k pace (hard)
We will regroup after each 10 minute block. 4 blocks total!
Meet 6PM at our usual spot in the Nordic centre.
