Flagler’s Fives - DBR workout for April 18
Grant will be leading this one tomorrow folks! Let’s call it Flagler’s Fives!
“Hi Dirtbags. While Andy recovers from Boston and we dig out from our 7th (?) winter here, why don’t we throw a little 🌶️ into our week.
The Gap seems to be the best place to run shoulder season workouts right now, so we’ll meet at the dirt parking lot at Canmore Nordic Centre at 6:00 and jog over to the Gap hill.
The workout will look a little like this:
5x15s hill strides as our warmup (1 min recovery)
5x5 minutes (3 minutes at mod-hard uphill, 2 minutes hard downhill). 2 minutes recovery.
We’ll aim to regroup on the recovery portions so that we don’t get too spread out.
