After a 10-15 warmup jog, we'll do a Fartlek session of 2:00, 1:00, 30s.
These will be done at 5k effort. Rest will be half of the preceeding interval (so 1 min, 30s) - hence the Halftime Fartlek!
We will do 4 sets, with 3 mins recovery jogging between sets.
Cool down 5-10 mins easy jogging.
