Dirtbag Runners Bow Valley workout for April 14 - 4 x 8 mins tempo
Good afternoon team!
Grant will be leading the workout again tomorrow, which is awesome, and we have a great crew lined up to lead over the next month or two whilst my achilles repairs itself.
Please meet tomorrow at 6pm at the Nordic Centre - in the usual location.
I believe this will be a group tempo workout, splitting into small groups of similar ability.
The run will be 4 x 8 mins tempo on the forebay, with a 4 mins recovery jog between efforts, so this is a more ‘comfortable’ workout.
There will likely be a beer afterwards. If it’s downtown I may hobble over 😂😉!
