After the warm up we'll do 6 x 10s hill sprints with 90s recovery; we'll jog easily for 5 mins then do 6 x 30s hill sprints with 90s recovery.

Dirtbags! Tomorrow Nicki Rehn and Claire Perks are talking at Canmore Brewing 7PM ish about the World's Highest Ultra! It's a free event so let's support them.

I propose we meet at Canmore Brewing 6PM, and we'll get in some hill sprint action over on Silvertip hill.

There'll be a good warm up for the sprints which is ideal.

After the warm up we'll do 6 x 10s hill sprints with 90s recovery; we'll jog easily for 5 mins then do 6 x 30s hill sprints with 90s recovery.

Then it's back to CBC for a pint and some entertainment.

Everyone is welcome - these are short efforts so no one will be left behind!
