DBR workout June 22, 2023. "Beer Mile Peaking workout"
12 x 300m hot laps with 1 lap easy jogging recovery.

We are now into the last bit of training before the Beer Mile next week! I am thinking a track workout may be in order! How is that for timing.
Let's meet at the LGMS track down town at 6PM.
We'll jog a few laps to warm up, then I propose 12 x 300m hot laps with 1 lap easy jogging recovery.
This should put us around the 8 or 9km mark for the entire workout (with 3.6km of intensity) after a short cool down run.
