Let's meet at the Nordic Centre 6PM tomorrow for one of my favorite hill workouts!

We'll jog on up to the Spray Hill to warm up, then it's:

6x 3 mins hard uphill (jog down recovery)

6 x 20s sprints (walk down recovery)

Beers will be at The Wood.

Hope to see you there. Headlamps will be needed, and spikes may or may not. Perhaps someone knows what condition the hill is in?
