DBR workout for July 13, 2023. "60/45/30 Flux"
There'll be some flat running, some moderate climbing, and some quick downhill work, so something for everyone!
Dirtbags! Let's meet at 6PM at the Nordic centre tomorrow (usual spot).
We will get in a good warm up jog out along the Banff trail for 10 mins or so to warm up, then we'll do a workout we haven't done for a while, that mixes up the intensities.
There'll be some flat running, some moderate climbing, and some quick downhill work, so something for everyone!
We'll do: 1 min easy, 45s moderate, 30s hard; regroupRepeat x 14 (so that's 7 out, 7 back)

As always, everyone is very welcome! Don't be intimidated, we like to have all abilities along for these runs; you will definitely find someone who is running at your speed. Come and join the fun!
