Warm up jog to start. 5 min hard up, 3 min easy down. 2 min hard up, 1 min easy down. 1 min hard up, back to the bottom. Repeat x 3. We finish with 5 x 10 seconds hill sprints all out.

Dirtbags! Tomorrow it's Thursday! My favorite day of the week - usually - but not when I ran a road marathon 4 days ago!

My current situation leads me to think I'll be lucky if I can climb out of my car tomorrow, let alone run! So I may be looking for a volunteer to lead, though miracles do happen.

Tomorrow, I think we (you) should revisit a favorite workout of mine on the Spray hill.

Meet 6PM at the Nordic Centre - usual spot - dirt lot nearest the main road.

This workout is called “Halleran's Hill Pyramid” and it goes like this.....

Warm up jog to start.

5 min hard up, 3 min easy down.

2 min hard up, 1 min easy down.

1 min hard up, back to the bottom.

Repeat x 3.

(24 mins hard effort there)

We finish with 5 x 10 seconds hill sprints all out.

Cool down, then beer ( I may make it to beers 😂)
