DBR Bow Valley Workout for Sept 28, 2023 "10 x 90s"
Dirtbags! Andy is down at a coaching conference this week, so I'll be leading tomorrow. Maybe he'll come back with a fresh arsenal of workouts to make us suffer...
Until then, let's mix it up and do some fast stuff on the *gasp* road!
We'll meet at 6pm at the bike jump parking lot on Benchlands and we'll run out on the paved path along Harvie Heights road with a warmup.
We'll do a spin on a classic workout (10x400m).
Instead of 400m, to stay in-sync we'll do 10 x 90s hard, 2min recovery.
This is a fast and mostly flat session which should have us finish in about an hour, which leaves lots of time for a beer and a bite somewhere in town.
