OK Dirtbags, enough of these beer drinking shenanigans!

Tomorrow we are back to work!

Mike Norton has missed us, so we are going to meet 6PM up at the Nordic centre (usual spot in the dirt parking lot on the left), and refreshments will be served at Bill Warren Training Centre afterwards.

We'll jog on over to the Spray Hill for a workout we did exactly a year ago - it's the 8 x 3 min workout  (The Man Maker) with a twist!

So we'll run 2 minutes hard uphill, immediately turn around and run comfortably hard downhill for 1 minute.

2 minutes standing/walking rest

Repeat x 8

If you're up for the "Woman Maker" then it's 9 x 3 mins !
