Well it's about time we did another Forebay workout, and just in time, Bill Warren Pub night is on tomorrow!

So we'll be meeting at the Nordic centre, and this year, I've decided to try something new - with a workout progression that we'll do every few weeks.

We actually did the first one on Cougar creek a couple of weeks back - The Cougar Creek Fartlek.

Tomorrow, we'll hit the forebay for progression #2.

If you were there for progression #1, you'll remember we did 4 blocks of 10 minutes. Each 10 minute block consisted of 4 x (2 mins steady, 30s fast).

For progression #2 we'll do 4 x 10 minute blocks again, but each block will consist of 4 x (1:45 steady, 45s fast)

We will regroup after each 10 minute block.
