1 MILE HILL; Deadman Repeats
1 mile up hill exactly.
Turn around, jog on down, and repeat x 4.

This is one of our staple workouts! Typically we get this one done at least 2 or 3 times a year.
Meet at the top of the hill on the South side of the highway at Deadman's Flats. Park at the Skogan's Pass/Mt Allan trailhead. 6PM, as usual.
You will jog down to the cattle grid at the bottom of the hill to warm up, then it's back to the top of the hill, turning left into the neighbourhood up top, then right at the small roundabout and up to the end!
1 mile up hill exactly.
Turn around, jog on down, and repeat x 4.
This is a longer workout. 8 miles in total, usually about 90 minutes!
