Meet 6PM down by the Biathlon range at Canmore Nordic Centre. We are going to run on out along Banff Ave to the hill we've used lots before.

The workout will be a descending hill ladder.

It's a very runnable hill so no one should have any problems completing this one!

It goes like this:

3 mins up (with easy jogging back down)
2 mins up
90s up
60s up
Repeat x 3
Cool down
