Dirtbags - thanks to everyone who stepped up and agreed to lead the session tomorrow!

It looks like Doug Evans is keen to lead a track session - thanks for going out of your way to check conditions Doug.

So meet up at the LGMS track, 6PM sharp.

There will be a few warm up laps, strides etc as per Doug, then the main workout will be one we've done before.

10x600m (2 laps) with 300m easy jogging between laps.

Slower runners could do 8 or 9 x 600m.

You'll all be spread out around the track so this will be a very sociable run. Sorry to miss this one!
