Tomorrow's session - the Reverse Fibonacci

OK folks! Tomorrow we are gonna meet 6PM at Canmore Brewing.

We'll jog on out and over to the Harvey Heights road. The workout tomorrow will be one of my recent favorites, with a mix of long and short intervals at various paces - The Reverse Fibonacci workout.

The Reverse Fibonacci Progression will go like this:

13mins
8mins
5mins
3mins
2mins
1mins

There will be be 2 mins recovery between each effort.

The aim is to do the first 13 min effort at moderate intensity, then increase the effort with each progression.

We'll keep mostly together with a bunch of out/backs.

Afterwards we'll head on back to Canmore Brewing for a pint or two!
