The Quarry Lake Pyramid is back!

Last week was hard - oof! It took me a few days to recover, so I am going to make tomorrow a little easier.

It's been a while since we did this staple - The Quarry Lake Pyramid! Thanks for the suggestion today, Marta !

So let's meet at 6PM in the Quarry lake parking lot.

We'll run a lap to warm up then the main workout will be:

1min (1R)

2min (1R)

3min (1R)

2min (1R)

1min (1R)

That’s 1 set. We’ll regroup. Take a couple mins, then repeat.

3 sets!

Short rest will keep this one aerobic and moderate.

Hope to see a big crew - it looks like it will be dry, though the trail may be a bit sloppy (which is fun!)

I think we'll be good without headlamps for this week.
