Dirtbags! Coach Halleran will be leading the session tomorrow night as I am still somewhat hobbled! You've had a few longer efforts lately, so how about some shorter hill intensity tomorrow.

We did this one last in January - I recall it was a blizzard by the end - 'The Ingebrigtsen Hill Workout'. Made famous by none other than the Norwegian legend himself, Jakob Ingebrigtsen.

2 sets of 10 x 40s hills.

So I propose you all meet at the boat launch on Rundle drive 6PM.

You'll get in a good longish warmup on the paved path, then head on up to the hill beside Doug's place where you'll hit the hills.

40s hard up - easy jog down, regroup. 2 sets of 10 reps.

It's bone dry, so bring your road shoes! Hopefully it doesn't snow again!
