Dirtbags! A huge thanks to Tank310, Dominique Lagloire and Grizzly Paw Brewing for hosting tomorrow!

Meet at Tank 310 6PM sharp (behind the Shops of Canmore for anyone who doesn't know)

Tomorrow's session will be on the West side of Cougar Creek - on the paved trail - a somewhat gentle incline! Road shoes will be ideal.

Once again, we'll revisit the Wolfpack Fartlek workout - it's a staple, and a big favorite of mine.

We'll jog from Tank 310 to the start to warm up.

From there it's 5 x 45s hard up hill, with jog down recovery.

After these, we go for a 1,2,3,2,1 hill pyramid with jog down recovery between each effort.

Then we finish with 5 x 10s all out hill sprints with full recovery.
