Well tomorrow is the final Bill Warren Pub Night for the summer. Huge thanks again to Mike Norton for putting this on all summer!
I'm gonna suggest we head there for a drink afterwards, of course, but given the slop - I think a fun, wet, muddy Quarry Lake session is in order! Cross Country style!
Meet 6PM Quarry Lake for the Quarry Lake Cutdown workout.
After a warm up we'll run:
5,5,4,4,3,3,2,2 - REST is 2 mins throughout
So 5 hard, 2 easy, 5 hard, 2 easy, 4 hard, 2 easy.....etc.Everyone is welcome!
Bring some warm clothes for afterwards if it's still raining!
