A very Merry Christmas to all of you! I continue to be inspired each and every year by the enthusiasm and commitment in this group. I am always fired up after work every Thursday (my staff will vouch for this!) so I wish to offer you all my heartfelt thanks for another great year. When I started this group I was often off the front during workouts, but now I can really call myself a middle-of-the-packer - a solid age grouper as someone once called me - you’ve all gotten so much quicker!

Saira and I will be en route to Kona, Hawaii when you read this, so as much as I’d like to bundle up tomorrow and grab the headlamp and microspikes, the beach will be calling.

With that said, I am more than happy for someone to arrange a session tomorrow evening in my absence! Feel free to post here or on Facebook if you’re itching to get out for some Christmas intensity! Next week will be much the same, then we’ll be back to our usual schedule!
