Dirtbags! Here's a workout we last did in 2017 - can you believe that!
Essentially the work interval gets progressively longer as the number of reps decreases!
We'll be doing the work on trails, and fortunately we have you covered in terms of shoe choice!
So, NOTE let's meet at the Nordic centre in front of Bill Warren, as ON will be providing some awesome trail shoes for you to demo, so get there a few minutes early to grab yours. We'll be set up at 5:45, and we'll head out at the usual time 6PM.
We'll run on out to the bottom of the Grassi lakes trail as our warm up.
The session goes like this:
4 x 1 min (1 min R)
3 x 2 min (2 min R)
2 x 3 min (3 min R)
1 x 4 min
So that's 20 mins of work!
We'll jog back to cool down and I hear there may be some shoe give aways and a free beer for everyone who attends!
