Warm up 2 x 4 mins tempo (1 min rest) Track - 3 laps, 2 laps, 1 lap ( 1 min recoveries) Repeat x 3 sets

NEW WORKOUT ALERT
Lacking inspiration for tomorrow's workout I was just scouring the internet and I came across a great workout, done by Jared Nuguse recently that, with a few modifications, should work well for use! It combines some moderate tempo running with faster shorter efforts. Its not quite a Michigan, but is of a similar ilk!
I propose we do this one in the stadium area of the Nordic Centre (which is still open). Meet 6PM by the dirt track in front of the Main Lodge in the stadium area.
The workout will go like this:
Warm up.
2 x 4 mins tempo (1 min rest)
Track - 3 laps, 2 laps, 1 lap ( 1 min recoveries)
Repeat x 3 sets
