Millenium Ladder - 4/2/1 x 3
Dirtbags, it would appear that I am ready to return!
I have missed running with you all, and no doubt tomorrow you will all leave me in your dust, but I'm back!
Tomorrow - let's meet 6PM at the Rundle Boat Launch.
We'll jog on down towards Millenium for the workout on the wide gravel road we've used before.
For tomorrow's session we'll do a ladder workout.
After the warm up we'll run 4mins/2mins/1min
Rest between efforts will be 1 min with 3 mins between sets.
We'll do 3 sets of this for 21 mins of hard effort.
Beer will be on tap at the Wood!
